"Peshi"
Jamel Kennedy also known as "Peshi" was born in Queens New York on April 2, 1977. At the age of six, he moved to Harlem New York on 148th Street between Amsterdam Ave. and Broadway, also known as "Cocaine City". After spending part of his childhood in Harlem, Peshi relocated to the Bronx where he met Party Arty and D-Flow. Peshi was always around and in the mix of all neighborhood hip hop functions, yet had a problem staying focused with his writing but always kept trying. Now that he is a fully developed "Get Dirty" recording artist, he is ready to take on the world. Peshi has a very hardcore flambouyant style which he expresses with alot of emotion. For a person that has been in and out of prison, overcame the death of his brother and how sad his mother is and give you a complete visual of these things takes strehgth and alot of talent. He makes you feel like you've been where hes been and grew up how he grew up. Peshi definitely has a story to tell and he demands that the world listen.

"Dirty Lungs"
He brings everyday life situations to the table on tracks (quoted by A.G. (D.I.T.C., G.D.) from beef, drugs, guns etc.

Background and Overview
Norman I. Cundiff Jr. a.k.a. Dirty Lungz was born November 4th, 1972 in Bronx River projects (the heart and soul of hip-hop) which has also played its part of being home to greats such as Afrikka Bambatta (hip-hop pioneer) and Jesse West who was on the track with Biggie Smalls, Puff Daddy and Supercat's "Dolly My baby" and is currently tearing dudes down in Fight Club under Dirty Apple Slim.

So not just alone was I raised under a roof where moms had me at 15 (R.I.P.). Grandma held down numerous grands, Uncles were pimps, hustlers & gang members. I was able to find musical guidance early from Zulu nation members, local D.J.'s who threw jams behind the center and friends.

Inspired by KRS One, The Jungle brothers, graffiti artist Grim and Bio. Lungs took a path that was in my blood since early: getting money from packing bags, hitting games, robbin tokens, crack, dope, weed, credit card scams, gambling spots, O.T. spots name it, Dirty Lungz was with it.

I've also seen the greater views of life from a positive perspective. Thanks to a true best friend (Mark A. Ford a.k.a. Chuck)> Easily I've been to 9 states on coast guard travelling teams (basketball) and him also having hired for a trucking company.
